Payouts & refunds
Payouts are how your collected card balance reaches your bank account; refunds send money back to a customer. Both run through Salonify Payments, so payouts follow a rolling schedule you control in your Salonify Payments dashboard, and refunds always return to the original card automatically.
How to set it up

Check your payout schedule in Salonify Payments
Open your Salonify Payments dashboard → Payouts to see when balances land in your bank. You can switch between daily, weekly or monthly payouts there.

To refund, open the booking
In Salonify, open the booking that was paid online and choose Refund.

Pick full or partial
Refund the whole amount or enter a partial sum (e.g. keep a deposit, refund the rest). Confirm to process.

The money returns to the original card
Salonify Payments credits the same card the customer paid with — no card number needed. Bank settlement typically takes 5–10 days on the customer's side.
Good to know
- Refunds also reverse the transaction fee on the original charge.
- Payout timing is set in Salonify Payments, not Salonify.
- Partial refunds are perfect for keeping a deposit while refunding the balance.
