Turn online booking on or off
Sometimes you need to stop taking new appointments without hiding your salon — a full week, staff shortage or holiday. The online-booking switch pauses new bookings for the whole salon or a single service while your public page stays live.
How to set it up

Open Settings or the service
For the whole salon, use the booking toggle in settings; for one service, open it in Services.

Switch booking off
Turn the toggle off to pause new online appointments immediately.

Keep your page visible
Your profile still shows your salon, services and reviews — only the booking action is paused.

Switch back on when ready
Flip it on again and customers can book the next available slot right away.
Good to know
- Works salon-wide or per service.
- Pair it with an offline message so customers know when to return.
- Existing confirmed bookings are unaffected.
